I am a former school teacher and Thrift Store Owner who crochets every minute I can :). I fell in love with crocheting in my teens and had stopped for a few years. Then I discovered thread crochet booties and haven't stopped since.
I adore making baby items the most though there isn't much I won't or haven't crocheted. I have a new love of Vintage/ Antique Patterns and have made some gorgeous items recently using these patterns. I especially love to make custom items- it feels even more personal. There's no better feeling than getting what you want exactly how you want it.
There are so many reasons to buy custom handmade items: No one else will have it; You can get exactly what you want in your color choices and size; You can make that dream item in your mind become a reality; and most importantly you can have items worthy of handing down thru the generations!
My goal is to combine really beautiful, high quality handmade items at a great price.
On
a more personal side, my husband and I live in Southern California with
3 kids each and one we share. They range in age from 8 to 32. We have
two amazing grandsons and a grand-daughter due in August. The youngest
three of our brood are still at home along with our three cats and a
closet full of yarn :)
